Authenticate Strategic Brand Consulting
Authenticate Brand Consults are a one-on-one consulting service created to give entrepreneurs honest third-party perspective on branding and business strategy. Built on the belief that the best business strategy is a strong brand strategy, the Authenticate process starts with asking the entrepreneur to define a clear, compelling message that resonates with their ideal client. The process is cyclical, so each call is different, oriented to consult on the brand’s weakest point. - Brand Critiques – Up to one and a half hours on the phone, and an e-workbook. You’ll leave with a comprehensive overview of where you are, and where you need to end up, and by the time we get off the phone, you’ll have at least a two page list of notes that you’ll need to turn into a to-do list to take action on.
- Brand Coaching – A retainer service for your brand.
- Strategic Consulting – Using over a decade of experience in multiple business models, ranging from wholesale, to e-commerce, Etsy, both product and service based models, with over eight years in a brick and mortar storefront setting, I can help you brainstorm new strategies for growth.
All services start with a basic conversation about purpose, priorities, and dreams. I understand that often different entrepreneurs are at different stages in the discovery process of vision, mission, and values, but I cannot stress the importance of that discovery process enough. We can skip over it in your consulting package, if you desire, but I will caution that at some point, you will need to do the hard work to uncover those things. I will be offering a 12-week e-course this summer, designed to help you through that process.
