With summer travel on the rise, today I wanted to share a few tips for traveling with your family. It’s important to travel with key health information. Our leather folio is the perfect place to keep all of your (and your loved one’s) information while traveling, now that we are able to leave the house this summer!
Phones and wallets can get stolen. We need a backup place for important information as well as paper copies of things that won’t easily fit into a wallet. When you’re packing for your summer trips, there are some important things you can’t forget to grab!
Here are all the pieces I’m keeping in my travel folio for summer travel!
- A packing checklist is essential! This comes in very handy not only when packing for a trip to make sure you don’t forget things but also when it comes time to pack up to come back home. You don’t want to leave anything in the nightstand drawer at the hotel!
- Notepad or notebook for jotting down information that may come up during the trip!
- Cash! A few dollars for unexpected occurrences when cash is the only form of payment accepted or tipping.
- Lost card phone numbers are also important. Make sure you know who to call in case you lose your credit cards!

- I also travel with vaccination documents. This includes COVID vaccination cards, proof of vaccination you may need to enter certain countries, etc.
- Health insurance cards
- Passports, travel visas, etc.

- Event tickets to theme park tickets, cruise tickets, etc.
- Travel insurance information
- Car rental information
- Hotel information
- Don’t forget to note in your folio who to contact if found!
