Does Your To-Do List Match Your Priorities?
Last week I hosted my Back to Business video series! We spent the week walking through the HEART Goals acronym as a way to get back into the swing of things.
This series is built around the idea that our kids are back to school and it’s time for us to reset our priorities and align our to-do list with those priorities. To do this, I walked through the HEART Goals acronym, which corresponds to our five basic needs.
We can talk all we want about our biggest dreams and goals but our core, we all want the same things. We all want a healthy body, a healthy mind, meaningful relationships, money to go where we want and do what we please, and purposeful work. These five needs align with the HEART Goals acronym:
H — Help Yourself
E — Empower Yourself
A — All Your People
R — Resources & Responsibilities
T — Trade
My five-part business and life coaching series is full of practical ways to align your to-do list with your priorities. We are what we routinely do, so if we focus on our needs, in the right order, we will find balance.
I know the methods in this coaching series work because I’ve transformed my own life using them. HEART Goals is the system I use to get clarity around my priorities and align my everyday tasks with those priorities. HEART Goals is the way to live a balanced life while chasing your dreams.
