Reset your Day When it Goes off Track
Ever feel like you need a reset button for your day? Things start out focused and positive. You begin the day with the best intentions, only to find yourself in a funk. You start to believe the only thing left to do is give up and start again tomorrow. You wish you had a reset button!
I am right there with you. While I truly wish there was a magic-reset button for any given day, there is not. I’ve found a helpful tool to reset my day and I wanted to share here. My latest free printable, the HEART Goals Checklist, is the daily reset button we all need! This is how to reset your day.
This checklist can be used as a reference to help you plan your days, your weeks, your months, and your year. You can also walk through the questions to determine how to reset your day, as many times a day as you need! Incremental adjustments can be made in minuscule amounts of time. Do you need to go for a walk, get a drink of water, say I love you to someone, or log into your bank account? Actions as small as these will add up to major progress over time!
