Beautiful afternoon walk on a ferociously windy day. I don’t know if y’all caught my blog post last week, but I’ve been taking B12 supplements, per the doctor’s orders, and I feel like I have an entirely new perspective on life. Don’t tell me if its a placebo! 😂 I’m so grateful for modern medical care! OK, since it’s November, month of gratitude, what are you grateful for? Tell me in the comments! ⬇️

If you want to write good reading, you need to read good writing. (#probablybeensaidbefore)

I woke up this morning, and I didn’t want to look at my phone. I didn’t want to hear more awful news, see any more senseless violence, read about more hurt. And I wondered what @bobgoff, the bravest guy I know had to say about it. And I needed to hear it. Be brave, friends. And remember that loving people is often the hardest, scariest, bravest thing you can do. 🇫🇷❤️

It’s better to create something that others criticize than to create nothing and criticize others.

The current state of open shelving in my kitchen: @mackenziechilds enamelware, a red pitcher from my friend Courtney, and @anthropologie latte bowls (inspired by @teamcorbin). I’m loving the pop of color, especially on such a gray week, and that rubber band ball has come in surprisingly handy lately!

God never calls us to build a platform for ourselves, like those at Babel, but to love our neighbor. #T4ACon

Pic and lettering by my friend @alexandrawrote. Can I get an amen? And here’s to Wednesday! (Tuesday has gotten the best of me a dim looking forward to tomorrow’s clean slate.)
