Announcing New Baby Notepads (and Giveaway!)

In case you haven’t noticed, I live a life of lists. I’m one of those people that has lists of lists. I also happen to be in a major time crunch of late, and so the more work that can be laid out for me in advance, the better off I am.

When my first son was born, his schedule existed on a piece of notebook paper complete with gridlines in blue pen. Embarrassing, for a stationery designer. We were in the middle of a nightmare of a web project, though, so I didn’t worry about it. When my second son was born, I took the time to transfer the gridlines to an Excel spreadsheet. But when Charley was born, I wanted the schedule to be pink. With scallops. An Excel spreadsheet would just not do.

So I designed a pink schedule notepad. And while I was designing a pink schedule note pad, I figured I might as well design a blue one as well. And then I realized I had piles of papers lying around from before and after we got back from the hospital: doctor’s notes, notes to our sitter, and lists and lists of thank-you notes (that still need to be written). On top of that, I realized that below all those piles of lists were baby books from my boys that still have to be filled out, and somewhere, packed in an iPhone or on even more scraps of paper, is a list of their firsts that need to be officially recorded.

So on that note, I’m delighted to debut to you the new New Baby Notepads, a perfect gift for the mama-to-be! Each of the eight different note pads are printed on ecru paper (with a really luscious, fine texture to it). There is a pink Baby’s Schedule and a blue Baby’s Schedule, as well as a Thank You Notes list, a Baby Sitter’s Notes list, a Firsts To Remember list, a Doctor’s Notes list (to take with you to appointments before AND after baby!), a Note From… pad, and a Must Remember (despite the sleepless nights) pad.
