Reset your Day When it Goes off Track
Ever feel like you need a reset button for your day? Things start out focused and positive. You begin the day with the best intentions, only to find yourself in a funk. You start to believe the only thing left to do is give up and start again tomorrow. You wish you had a reset button!
I am right there with you. While I truly wish there was a magic-reset button for any given day, there is not. However, I have found a helpful tool to reset my day, and I wanted to share it with you. My HEART Goals™ Checklist is the daily reset button we all need and it’s available in two formats: as a printable download and as a notepad!
How to reset your day:
This checklist can be used as a reference to help you plan your days, your weeks, your months, and your year. You can also walk through the questions to determine how to reset your day, as many times a day as you need! Incremental adjustments can be made in minuscule amounts of time. Do you need to go for a walk, get a drink of water, say I love you to someone, or log into your bank account? Actions as small as these will add up to major progress over time!
When things feel out of control:
Resist the urge to throw up your hands and think there is nothing you can do. Taking a few minutes to run through the HEART Checklist and figure out what you need to do next will turn your whole day around. Grab the printable checklist here or the HEART Daily Plan Notepad here—next time your day goes off track, this checklist will help you reset.
