Three Favorite Fall Recipes
As the weather cools off and we get into the holiday season, this is my favorite time of year to be in the kitchen. But that doesn’t mean meal planning, especially during the workweek, is “fun.” I love cooking the meals, don’t always love planning the meals!
If meal planning is overwhelming, I’ve got a cute little notepad for you! The Meal Plan Sticky Notepad is one of our newest planning accessories. It’s the perfect spot to plan out your meals, track your food or pantry inventory, and create a grocery list! My Never-Ask-Me-Again-What’s-For-Dinner meal plan is what inspired the newest edition to our shop. Click here to shop all our meal planning tools.
Now let’s talk about three of my absolute favorite recipes. These are time-tested and whole family approved – David and the kids also love these! If you’re looking for fall cooking and baking inspiration, look no further.
- Julia Child’s Coq Au Vin
This meal feels decadent and fancy but comes together easily. I always look forward to making Coq Au Vin when the weather cools off and it’s fabulous if you’re hosting guests.
- The Pioneer Woman’s “Best Lasagna Ever”
My fellow Oklahoman knows how to make lasagna. This recipe is honestly so easy. I encourage anyone to try it! You can make ahead and freeze if you want to stock your freezer.
- Grain-Free Cinnamon Rolls from Danielle Walker
Cinnamon rolls might be love language. We love this Danielle Walker recipe and make these cinnamon rolls often. I love that it’s grain-free too!
What are you waiting for? Grab one of these cute notepads, make a plan, and stick it on your fridge or right in your planner. Then all that’s left to do is enjoy cooking and eating delicious things!
Speaking of recipes, this week on Instagram I talked more about how our family has implemented “tea time” into our daily routine. I asked you all to share any healthy snacks or baked treats I could add to my tea time repertoire. Leave a comment on this post with your favorite healthy treats!
