I’m about to say something that is going to shock you. I do not track my goals. WHAT? Whitney, you set goals for a LIVING. You created HEART Goals. You don’t track goals?? Nope. No tracking. It’s too much. I do not track my goals. Tell me more, you say?
Awesome. I will. I’d love to have you join me for this month’s planning workshop. CLICK HERE to watch the virtual workshop on goal setting!
Each month I record a live planning workshop on a range of topics. On the first Tuesday of every month at 10 a.m. CT, I host a virtual workshop on YouTube Live as a way to share my best advice with this community. We talk about planning, decluttering, how to organize the perfect week or the perfect day and so much more. If you haven’t already, click here to subscribe to our YouTube channel so you’re in the loop every time I host a planning workshop or hop on to share new product walkthroughs or planner reviews!
The topic for this month’s workshop is GOALS and it’s been scheduled for months. Then COVID-19 hit and sent the world into a tailspin. A lot has changed since we decided to do a quarterly goals check-in in April of 2020 and my team and I wondered if we should change the topic.
We wondered… are GOALS something we need or even want to discuss right now? My team and I work hard to meet our community where you are with tools that help them create more balance in their lives, organize and plan their days. But how do you still tackle your goals when the future is so unknown? What does this time mean for your goals and are goals even important right now?
We decided GOALS and goal setting was the right topic for this month because this mess is a gift and an opportunity to FOCUS ON WHAT MATTERS. Join me for my April planning workshop where I’m sharing how I determine what goals to set, and what I do instead of tracking them. AND, I’ll be telling you how this method is PERFECT for getting all the things done, even in this crazy season we’re all in.
I created HEART Goals as a framework for prioritizing and decision-making. It’s not one more thing. It’s a whole new way of doing everything: doing less, but better, in the right order, in every area of our lives. Learn more about HEART Goals here.
