Today I wanted to talk about the absolute best life hacks and that is GRATITUDE.
I believe gratitude changes things! I try to practice it early and often. Sometimes that means making a quick list in my head. Other times I write an actual list down in my planner. We talk about gratitude at the dinner table with the kids and I share with my friends, my team, and the rest of the people I love how grateful I am for them.
Are you practicing gratitude regularly? Practicing gratitude will make you happier. Research shows there are actual health benefits to practicing gratitude. But, it’s not a one and done thing – that’s why it’s called “practicing” gratitude.
